Are all your products handmade?
Yes! Every item at Handmadi — including our cartoon animals, birds, and dolls — is handcrafted with care. Since they’re handmade, slight variations between items are normal and add to their uniqueness.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped and delivered within 4–7 business days. Total delivery time is typically 5–7 business days.
: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@handmadi.shop with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
